Welcome to Heritage Economic and Regeneration Trust - HEART
We are a private, charitable company set up to act as an umbrella organisation for all the fantastic and often unknown heritage on offer in Norwich.
We strategically plan, regenerate, manage and promote Norwich‘s heritage resources and act as a best practice case study nationally and internationally for developing heritage as a vehicle for social and economic regeneration.

We‘re bringing the Norwich Dragon Festival back in 2011!
Following the success of last year‘s cultural festival, we‘re bringing back the Norwich Dragon Festival with our partners and volunteers from 12 to 27 February 2011.
