We are currently looking to recruit a retail business manager for the Colman‘s Mustard Shop in the Royal Arcade.

Retail business manager for the Colman‘s Mustard Shop

£19,000 - 20,000 pa plus performance bonus
Due to the imminent transfer of Colman‘s Mustard Shop and Museum (in the Royal Arcade, Norwich) from Unilever to Norwich Heritage Economic and Regeneration Trust (HEART), an experienced retail business manager is sought for one of the city‘s most cherished heritage institutions.

The successful applicant will have the energy, commitment and creative flair to deliver and develop the Mustard Shop retail and museum product to generate an economically sustainable business.

You will be experienced in retail management, preferably in areas related to heritage and tourism. You will be customer focussed, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operation of the shop, developing the product range, business plan development, staff management and museum development and promotion.
