We have created Norwich Trails - a new series of historic walking trail booklets covering various geographic areas and themes relating to the city‘s past, to help you explore Norwich‘s outstanding heritage by foot.
The pocketable booklets are beautifully illustrated guides which cover the historic highlights of these areas and some of their hidden gems, including historic images and a map of the trail.

The first two booklets cover the Elm Hill and Timberhill area and are available to download here for printing:

The first print run is also available free of charge at Norwich Tourist Information Centre in The Forum and in some of the venues in the area.
The booklets have been written by HEART‘s volunteer coordinator Nick Williams and designed by Anne Reekie. They are part of HEART‘s local distinctiveness work in the two areas, funded by the East of England Development Agency.
